Terms of Service
These terms govern the services provided by ICPLeads, Inc., trading as PPWRDeclaration.com. By purchasing a service you accept them.
1. Who we are
ICPLeads, Inc., a corporation registered in the State of Delaware, USA, with its registered office at 300 Delaware Ave, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Contact: hello@ppwrdeclaration.com.
2. Nature of the services
We provide regulatory documentation review and preparation services relating to Regulation (EU) 2025/40. We are not a certification body, notified body, conformity assessment body, accreditation body or public authority. We do not certify, approve or authorise packaging, and we do not issue or sign EU Declarations of Conformity.
Our deliverables are professional documentation services and general regulatory information. They are not legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship.
3. Your responsibilities
- You provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information and documentation.
- You remain responsible for compliance with all applicable law, for the conformity assessment of your packaging, and for drawing up and signing any Declaration of Conformity.
- You confirm you have the right to share with us any documents you upload, including third-party supplier documents.
4. Scope of an engagement
The PPWR Documentation Review (formally, the PPWR Readiness & Documentation Review) covers one defined packaging configuration. Additional configurations, revisions after delivery, or work beyond the described scope are quoted separately. Larger engagements are governed by the written scope in the accepted quotation, which prevails over general descriptions on this website.
5. Fees and payment
Fees are stated in euro and are payable in advance by card through Stripe. Prices exclude any VAT that may be chargeable, which will be added where applicable. The €295 review fee is credited in full against a subsequent technical documentation engagement commissioned within six months.
6. Delivery
Delivery timescales are estimates and run from receipt of the documentation we need. If essential information is missing we will tell you; delays caused by outstanding information are not our responsibility.
7. Cancellation and refunds
See our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Business customers acknowledge that statutory consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to business-to-business contracts.
8. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the documents and data you supply. On payment in full, you receive a licence to use the deliverables we produce for your own internal compliance purposes. We retain ownership of our templates, methodologies and know-how.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your documentation and commercial information confidential and use it only to deliver the services, except where disclosure is required by law.
10. Liability
We provide the services with reasonable care and skill. We do not warrant that your packaging is or will be compliant, or that any authority will accept any document. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of contracts, fines or penalties. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Term and suspension
We may decline or discontinue an engagement where the requested work falls outside our competence, where information provided is materially inaccurate, or where continuing would be unlawful. Any fees for work not performed will be refunded.
12. Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, and the courts of the State of Delaware, USA have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Last updated: 11 August 2026.
