Cookie Policy
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on this website, what each category does, and how you can accept, refuse or change your choice at any time.
Consent
When you first visit the site we ask for your consent. Until you make a choice, only strictly necessary storage is used. Analytics and advertising storage stay disabled by default through Google Consent Mode v2 (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization and analytics_storage are set to denied until you allow them).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: . Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
Categories we use
1. Strictly necessary (always on)
- Session and authentication storage used by Supabase so signed-in staff pages work.
- Stripe cookies used to process payments and prevent fraud during checkout.
- Your cookie consent choice, stored locally so we do not ask on every page.
- Campaign attribution parameters you arrived with, stored for the current session.
These are required for the site to function and are not used for advertising profiling.
2. Analytics (consent required)
Aggregate measurement of how pages are used, so we can improve the content and the scope check. If enabled, this may include Google Analytics cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*, up to 24 months).
3. Advertising and conversion measurement (consent required)
We advertise our services through Google Ads. With your consent, Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing cookies (typically _gcl_* on this domain, and Google cookies such as NID or IDE set by google.com and doubleclick.net) may be used to measure which campaigns lead to enquiries and to limit how often you see our ads. Click identifiers such as gclid may be passed in the URL and stored with an enquiry so we can attribute it to a campaign.
Where Google acts as an independent controller for its own purposes, its processing is described in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Business Data Responsibility. You can control personalised advertising in Google My Ad Center.
Browser controls
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent checkout, sign-in or document upload from working.
International transfers
Analytics and advertising providers may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
