What exactly do I get?

What does it cost?
Most standard single packaging-family projects: €2,000–€4,000, quoted as one fixed price before any work starts. 50% to start · 50% before final handover. The price depends on how many packaging families you have and how much evidence already exists. Larger portfolios, unusually complex packaging or substantial supplier work are quoted separately.
How long does it take?
Most projects run two to four weeks. The pace is set by how quickly supplier evidence comes back — the documentation work itself is not the bottleneck.
What do you need from me to quote?
A short description of what you place on the EU market, the materials involved, and whatever documents you already hold — specifications, supplier declarations, test reports, artwork. Partial is fine. If you have nothing, say so and we will still quote.
Is this certification?
No. We are not a certification body or a notified body. We prepare the documentation and the draft Declaration. The manufacturer remains responsible for the conformity assessment and for signing the Declaration.
What if evidence is missing from my suppliers?
That is the normal case. We draft the supplier requests for you to forward, tell you exactly which document or test result is needed, and record anything still outstanding in the gap register so nothing is quietly assumed.
Who sees the documents I send?
Only the specialist working on your file. Documents are uploaded over an encrypted connection into private storage, never shared with third parties, and deleted on request.
