Refund Policy

Before work starts

If you cancel before we have begun reviewing your documentation, we refund the fee in full. Email hello@ppwrdeclaration.com with your case reference.

After work starts

Once a specialist has begun the review, the fee is generally non-refundable because the work has been performed. If you cancel part-way through, we may refund a proportion reflecting work not yet carried out, at our discretion.

If we cannot help

If, after seeing your documentation, we conclude that the packaging falls outside our competence, or that a review would not produce useful output for you, we will say so and refund the fee in full.

If the deliverable is defective

If the delivered report contains material factual errors or omissions attributable to us, tell us within 30 days of delivery. We will correct it at no charge. Where correction is not possible, we will refund the fee for the affected work.

What is not a ground for refund

• Disagreement with our professional judgement, or a conclusion that more evidence or testing is required than you hoped.
• A finding that your packaging has significant documentation gaps — identifying that is the purpose of the review.
• Delays caused by outstanding information from you or your suppliers.
• Subsequent changes in the Regulation, delegated acts, or your packaging.

Fee credit

The €295 PPWR Documentation Review fee is credited in full against a PPWR Declaration Pack (PPWR Technical Documentation & Conformity File) engagement commissioned within six months of delivery. The credit is applied to the engagement fee and is not payable as cash.

Business customers

Our services are supplied business-to-business. Statutory consumer cancellation and withdrawal rights do not apply. This policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

How to request a refund

Email hello@ppwrdeclaration.com with your case reference and the reason. We respond within five working days and process approved refunds to the original payment method.
