What evidence already exists
Complete supplier declarations and specifications shorten the work. Nothing on file means we have to chase and reconstruct.
Food contact and PFAS
Food-contact packaging brings the Annex V restriction into scope, which usually means additional supplier evidence.
How many suppliers are involved
Each converter or material supplier we need evidence from adds coordination time.
If your situation turns out to be smaller than it looked, the quote is smaller. We would rather quote honestly once than renegotiate halfway through.
